Actuator, fuel filler flap - Vehicle Side - Electric

Application: Rotatory actuators for low forces. Due to the very space-saving design, this actuator is particularly suitable for locking and unlocking applications in dry and wet areas (also e.g. by remote actuation) where only limited installation space is available. Examples of this are: Tank modules, service flaps, glove compartments and locking of the charging plug (e-mobility). Structure and function: A return spring and a microswitch are integrated in this actuator variant. With a slight movement of the locking lever, e.g. by pressing a service flap, the microswitch is actuated. The actuator is then energised via a control unit. This completely retracts the locking lever of the actuator so that the locking system is open and thus the service flap also opens by spring. The actuator is then switched off and the locking lever moves back to the locking position without current due to the integrated return spring. To lock the service flap, it is pressed shut again, whereby the hinge arm of the service flap engages in the locking lever of the actuator.
