The TOPDON Phoenix Remote is a professional diagnostic tool featuring a 10.1in. touchscreen (1280×800) and an MDCI module compatible with CAN2.0, CAN FD, DoIP, J2534 (remote), D-PDU, and RP1210. It combines local/intelligent diagnostics with remote diagnostics between connected tools, supporting audio and video calls for real-time assistance. It offers cloud-based programming and coding for more than nine brands, advanced functions such as access to the FCA Secure Gateway, and support for both conventional and new energy vehicles across more than 200 models. The topology mapping feature allows quick visualization of the status of various ECUs and network communication issues. Guided VAG procedures simplify operations on Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, and SEAT vehicles. A TOPDON technical team can provide remote support to assist workshops with complex cases.
